How do I transfer my device?

Step 1: 
Send device information to EVERYWHERE.

Step 2: 
If you need to discuss when to transfer your devices to avoid downtime for your teams in the field, book a meeting with Chuck Kelly.

IMPORTANT: If your teams are actively using the inReaches in the field, please do not deactivate the devices until you have confirmed your transfer date with Chuck.

Step 3: 
The EVERYWHERE team will confirm when your transfer is complete. The process typically takes 24-48 hours, and during that time the devices will be out of service.
