Job Summary
EVERYWHERE’s Sales team has full client lifecycle responsibilities. From prospecting for new leads in partnership with BDRs and marketing to ensuring the customers’ ongoing satisfaction, account management, and purchase expansion. As a member of the EVERYWHERE Sales Team, the Strategic Account Executive takes ownership for development of strategic accounts to include prospecting targeted accounts, oversight of clients’ engagement including business reviews and client expansion. Successful SAE builds equally strong internal partnerships with their colleagues in customer success, operations, marketing, product, and engineering to meet sales goals, innovate/improve product offerings, and to expand EVERYWHERE’s reach.
Key Responsibilities – The expected outcomes and associated responsibilities.
• Drive New Business Proven ability to break into new accounts, generate pipeline, expand existing top accounts and win new revenue through consultative sales approach.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience selling complex B2B solutions to multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Consistently exceed MRR quotas by driving new business and expansion within key strategic accounts.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute targeted account-based sales strategies to unlock new departments and stakeholders within targeted and assigned accounts.
• Relentlessly prospect for new opportunities, leveraging cold calls, email outreach, referrals, LinkedIn engagement, and in-person networking.
• Work closely with BDR and Customer Success team to identify untapped growth areas, maximize account penetration, and ensure long-term client success.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of 3X quota of expansion opportunities and net new logos.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, embracing challenges with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills to sell at the executive level.
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for winning and a drive to exceed expectations.
Expand Existing Markets
• Partner with Client Success team to identify any account risk as well as strategic account expansions.
• Co-lead client business reviews.
• Maintain deep personal relationships with key customers and decision makers to understand current use case advantages and identify expansion opportunities.
Forecasting
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for management and account insights and trends.
• Highly metrics-driven with the ability to analyze data, optimize sales efforts, and refine outreach strategies.
Job Qualifications – must haves and preferences
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Experience: 5+ years sales in a SaaS environment
Physical Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job, required to sit or stand for extended periods of time over an 8-hour workday.
• Required to lift up to 35 pounds on occasion.
• This is an office-based role, with the flexibility to occasionally work remotely.
