Job Summary

The Government Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within government agencies. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping agencies understand how EVERYWHERE's solutions can improve communication, safety, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will own the sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term customer success.

Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Develop and manage a pipeline of government sales opportunities across Federal, State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officials, and stakeholders.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Expected Outcomes
o Consistent pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
o Achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives.
o Increased market penetration within target government accounts.

2. Sales Execution & Account Management
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
• Conduct customer discovery, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and upselling.

Expected Outcomes
o Improved win rates and shorter sales cycles.
o Strong customer retention and revenue growth within existing accounts.

3. Government Procurement & Proposal Support
• Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ response activities.
• Navigate government procurement processes and purchasing vehicles.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management. `

4. Market Development & Industry Engagement
• Stay informed on government technology trends, funding opportunities, and competitive activity. • Represent EVERYWHERE at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Provide market feedback to support product and business strategy.
