Build. Own. Ship
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who likes solving real problems, taking ownership, and seeing their work make it into production.
This is a backend-focused full stack role where you’ll build and support business-critical applications, APIs, integrations, and distributed workflows. You’ll work primarily with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, with opportunities to contribute to Angular on the front end.
What You’ll Do
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable Java/Spring services and REST APIs.
• Own integrations with third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, and partner systems from design through production.
• Develop scalable workflows and microservices that support critical business operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications and systems—and fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
• Turn ambiguous requirements into practical, production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to Angular development when front-end and backend work intersect.
• Write meaningful automated tests and build quality into everything you ship.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, Operations, and other teams to keep work moving.
• Take ownership of your work with limited day-to-day supervision.
What Success Looks Like
• Own it: Drive features and integrations from idea to production.
• Solve it: Tackle complex technical problems with sound judgment.
• Ship it: Deliver reliable, maintainable software without unnecessary disruption.
• Improve it: Leave systems, processes, and code better than you found them.
• Communicate it: Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early.
• Support it: Build software that is testable, observable, documented, and supportable.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Production experience with Spring and/or Spring Boot.
• Experience building and troubleshooting REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of modern front-end development.
• Experience working in established production codebases with source control, code reviews, automated testing, and structured releases.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
• Angular
• Microservices and distributed systems
• Cloud applications, CI/CD, observability, and production support
• SaaS and partner integrations
• Protobuf
• Play Framework
• Experience with licensing, subscriptions, provisioning, activation, order management, or other workflow-driven systems
• IoT, connected devices, telecommunications, or device lifecycle experience
Why This Role?
You won’t just be handed tickets—you’ll be trusted to figure things out, make decisions, and own outcomes.
You’ll work across a range of products and systems, solve challenging integration and backend problems, and have a direct impact on software that matters to the business.
If you’re a pragmatic engineer who enjoys ownership, solving hard problems, and shipping software that works in the real world, we’d like to meet you.
