We’re looking for a digital marketing professional to lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across key online channels. This role will own strategy and performance across social media, search, email, and web—leveraging data-driven insights, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and effectively reach target audiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping messaging and positioning, ensuring campaigns resonate with the right audiences at the right time. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, including LinkedIn campaigns and spend to maximize ROI.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across online channels, including social media, search engines, email, and websites.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and digital opportunities, informing marketing strategies and messaging to effectively reach and resonate with key demographics.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including, LinkedIn display ads, and retargeting campaigns, optimizing ad spend, targeting parameters, and creative assets to achieve campaign objectives and ROI goals.
• Create and curate compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics, and email newsletters, aligning content with audience preferences, SEO keywords, and marketing objectives.
• Optimize website performance and user experience (UX), conducting website audits, analyzing traffic data, and implementing SEO best practices, technical improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage social media accounts and communities, developing content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring conversations to build brand loyalty, foster engagement, and drive traffic to owned assets.Implement email marketing campaigns, creating targeted email lists, designing email templates, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, HubSpot Analytics and social media insights) to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide regular reports, presentations, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders, summarizing digital marketing performance, highlighting successes, and recommending strategic adjustments or optimizations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or related roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and content management systems.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content, persuasive messaging, and engaging copy for digital channels and audiences.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight timelines.
