You can set up policies to escalate incidents to selected users or groups through multi-channel notifications (SMS text, email, automated voice call). With the escalated missed check-in time frame assigned, if a mobile worker still does not respond, you can add a rule to notify the appropriate supervisors. The supervisors can then take action to investigate further and determine the necessary response.
