New feature enables GSOC Analysts to reach every field device simultaneously — across any network, anywhere on Earth.
EVERYWHERE today announced the general availability of Mass Notifications, a new platform capability that enables Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analysts and operational teams to broadcast targeted, severity-tiered communications to field devices in real time. Mass Notifications are now live in EVERYWHERE Hub and EVERYWHERE Mobile App, with full support for satellite devices. As organizations deploy personnel into increasingly remote and high-risk environments, the ability to communicate rapidly and reliably across distributed teams has become mission-critical. Mass Notifications addresses this challenge by integrating directly into the EVERYWHERE platform's existing Check-in infrastructure — enabling operators to send emergency or operational alerts via satellite, cellular, and Wi-Fi networks from a single unified workflow.
How Mass Notification Works
From the EVERYWHERE Hub Check-in Dashboard, authorized users can configure and dispatch a Mass Notification in seconds. Operators select a severity level — Low, Medium, High, or Critical — define the target audience by individual device or Active Area, compose a message, and choose to send immediately or schedule for future delivery. Messages are delivered across all available network paths: satellite, cellular, and Wi-Fi. EVERYWHERE's Intelligent Routing™ technology automatically selects the optimal delivery path, ensuring notifications reach personnel even in disconnected or degraded-network environments. On the mobile application, recipients receive a push notification that opens directly to the Mass Notification — whether the app is in the foreground, background, or fully closed. Acknowledgement is completed through the Check-in Now workflow: a single response simultaneously resolves all open Mass Notifications and unanswered Check-ins, reducing response friction during high-pressure operational moments.
